I was a lead researcher and reporter, logged and conducted Pre-interviews, WROTE, and developed story elements for NBC Latino's special 2022 Hispanic Heritage report. the story I pitched about a Mexican Alabama TikToker tracing his genealogy and family tree got picked up by NBC News Now. I was sent to Huntsville, Alabama, to produce, direct, and was a second camera operator, working alongside George Solis, an NBC News National Correspondent, and Andrew Davis, a field producer.
