My Hispanic Heritage story I pitched about a Mexican Alabama TikToker tracing his genealogy and family tree got picked up by NBC News Now. I was sent to Huntsville, Alabama, to produce, direct, and was a second camera operator, working alongside George Solis, an NBC News National Correspondent, and Andrew Davis, a field producer, for the NBC News Daily aired segment, which was also featured in our NBC News Digital Hispanic Heritage special project.
